The time has finally come for an Earthsprout course in all it´s awesome Earthsproutiness!
"Grow your fullest potential"
I am bursting with love, light and creativity (and of course I´m pretty proud also..) Me and my mom who is an amazing woman, Hypnotherapist & physiotherapist have put together five days smack packed with inspiration, relaxation, knowledge and great fooood:) There will be hypnosis practice, visualization, meditation, dancing, yoga, natural nutrition and whole & raw foods loaded up for the participants.This course will take place at amazing Casa Acequia, Andalusia, where I have lived & worked since mars this year.
I also have to admit.. It will be in Swedish but invite us over and we´ll work something out;)
